Multi-Generational Decision Making in the Workforce Study
T4 is conducting a global study on cross generational decision making in the workplace, and we are inviting individuals across all generations, roles, and career stages to participate. For the first time in history, six generations are working side by side, each bringing distinct expectations and communication styles.
This research explores how leaders across generations and career stages make decisions about people, performance, culture, and technology. Your perspective will help us understand where viewpoints align, where they differ, and how organizations can strengthen cross generational collaboration.
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and analyzed in aggregate only. The survey will remain open through April 17, and the final research report is anticipated to publish in June.
Your experience matters. By participating, you will contribute to practical tools and coaching resources designed to support more effective decision making in today’s workforce.
